We use a combination of Thai Stretching, Assisted Stretching, and Isolated Stretching. Your session can be a stand-alone session or incorporated into a massage session. Stretching will be performed before the massage when combining the services. Please wear or bring shorts/bike shorts/leggings and a comfortable shirt or tank top for stretching as this part of the service is clothed to accommodate proper coverage of the body.
